hema.lifeforce is a independent consultancy delivering services that sit at the intersection of performance, well-being and transformation. We believe the most critical asset in any organisation or family system is the cognitive and emotional capacity of its leaders. We recognise that this capacity relies on the complex interplay of mind, body, spirit, environment, and our ability to manage change within it. In a changing world of constant uncertainty, navigating ones inner world is crucial to sustain and optimise both well-being, performance and our ability to navigate change and complexity. At hema.lifeforce we are passionate about addressing this growing demand and gap so that thriving becomes possible at both an individual and collective level.

Alpa founded hema.lifeforce upon realising that traditional definitions of performance focus on output, but often overlook the inner skills needed to stay healthy, resilient, and optimised to show up as our best selves. Having spent over 10 years working in high pressure, complex environments, across industries as a Management Consultant (Deloitte, Capgemini, and Baringa), she learnt first hand that strategy matters, but culture and people matter more. In an AI driven world, growing research confirms that human skills, inclusion and human connection are essential for optimising business performance and innovation.

Drawing on her experience in transformation, business, and people performance - and informed by her personal journey through health challenges and burnout - Alpa developed The HEMA Method - a comprehensive, evidence based framework designed to unlock potential and optimise wellbeing and performance, the human way. The framework forms the foundation for all offerings, combining a unique blend of strategy, business, leadership, systems thinking and interdisciplinary mind-body science. It is grounded in both professional expertise, lived experience and on-going evidence based research, reflecting what drives both well-being and performance in an AI driven world. An advocate for mental health, diversity, and inclusion, Alpa champions an approach that honours our shared humanity while celebrating unique strengths and differences to create positive change.

Alpa is a professionally trained Health, Transformation & Business Coach with 15+ years of experience driving business transformation and optimising business and people performance across public sector, financial services, and non-profit sectors. Currently completing her ICF (ACC) certification, Alpa integrates her commercial expertise with training in behavioural neuroscience, positive psychology, agile and lean startup, relationship systems coaching, ADHD education, and holistic health to develop her thought leadership on human centred performance.

Alongside working with individuals and organisations to drive inclusion, self-leadership, and performance, Alpa leverages her extensive business expertise by partnering with purpose-driven start-up founders, blending strategic insight with human-centered coaching to empower them to lead themselves and their ventures with clarity, resilience, purpose and optimised social impact.

Her commitment to inclusion and belonging extends to her role as Community & Engagement Lead at Neurodiversity in Business, a charity dedicated to fostering neuroinclusive workplaces by educating employers, promoting understanding and empowering neurodivergent talent - helping organisations unlock diverse strengths,as well as drive social and economic impact.
